The Osceola Country Clerk of Courts is responsible for over seeing every aspect of the judicial system in Osceola County. He is responsible for over seeing everything that happens in every Osceola court room and in every division of the Osceola County courts.

The following divisions of courts are as follows, The Criminal division, the Civil division, the Recording division, and Traffic Infractions, along with the Juvenile division of courts and the Probate division of courts and the Mental health divisions. The Osceola County Clerk of Courts is also responsible to keep and update public access to all court records.

Along with over seeing all of the judicial areas of the County Court, the Clerk of Courts is also in charge of overseeing marriage licenses and pass ports, land records and the records for the retention center. All fees, court schedules, fines, payment schedules, paying fines on line or in person and fee schedules are all over seen by the Clerk of Courts. He is in charge of all Court activities including evidence keeping, book keeping, court dockets and court scheduling for all divisions of the Osceola County Courts.

It is the responsibility of the Osceola County Clerk of Courts to make sure every department runs legally and within it's set annual budget. The Clerk of Courts is an elected official who's job it is to serve the people of the County of Osceola in a fair and just manner and to see that his office operates in a professional manner at all times.

To insure that this is possible, the newly appointed Clerk of Courts had an investigation done on his first day in office to assure everyone, along with himself, knew exactly what needed to be corrected in the Osceola County Court system and what was already running smoothly and efficiently. The results of this investigation showed that while most aspects of the County Court system was in good running order, they're were a few items that needed to be corrected. These items were corrected and are now in the public record for anyone who would like to see them.
